Whats my 12,000 per month site worth?

I have a fitness blog with an anatomy gallery - its very popular and gets 12,000 unique's a month at present but the numbers are rising by 1,000-2,000 per month at present.

So in 6 months it could be up to 15-20 k per month

I am wondering what my site is worth right now

I have never deliberately done any linking - all SEO is on site

I did have a list but don't now

What do folks think it is worth from this info AS IS today ?

It really depends on how it can be monetized. Some people will be interested just because the volume of traffic you receive, but most buyers are going to want to see some income figures. Normally the general rule is to ask for about what the website should earn in a years time. A large authority site you can ask for more.

If 10,000+visitors/mo don't buy anything from your site, worth of the site is 0! You must think about how to monetize from your site!

How much is this blog generating in monthly revenue?

If you drive about 12000 uniques a month to your website, you get around 400 unique visitors a day.

    How is your website monetized?

its my fitness site - its not monetized except for adsense and a bit of clickbank

How ever I have asked you guys what the value of the site is as is and that is more the potential monetization for the site based upon traffic and keyword searches in the niche - fitness related.

If I went off monetization from existing income why would I bother to ask?

Now I could easily get a list going and monetize it with CPA offers. I could also do some page rank building.

But I just wonder its present value.

You have no income base to really determine a value.

Who knows how good your traffic source is. It may not even convert into sales.

Until you are making a monthly income, you can't determine what the price would be. Potential does not qualify as steady income.
Definitely monetize the site, you seem to have tons of traffic

Hmm I have seen sites with similar traffic go for 5K on flippa - but I guess there is a large variance.

That's unmonetized too. Sometimes a cunning buyer will be looking for the unmonetized sites with content or traffic as others over look them.

Turn it into a membership site after you max the monthly traffic out; charge like $10 a month and provide value. I think that'd be good and then you can sell it on flippa or wherever.

Traffic is not the main factor in determining the value of a web site. Actually you could have a web site with 20,000 visitors per day and it would be practically worthless (example of this are proxy sites or anything related to blackkhat).

On the other hand you can have a web site with 50 daily visitors that is worth $50,000.

The main factor is what type of traffic, from where and what do the visitors do or intent to do on your site.

Good rule of thumb is this:
    average monthly income x 10 = site's true value

the domain name might be worth something but that's really up to whether or not it'd be considered a premium domain name.

the number of visitors doesn't mean much imho, but if you have a list, that can be sold with the website as well.

I'm getting the feeling yours may only be worth a few hundred (if that) to someone else.

Your website looks decent, but you definitely need to monetize it somehow. If you're not making much money with it, then I don't think you can only sell traffic.

People buy because they want a steady income, they want to forget about the maintenance, if possible. You want to help them.

Why would you want to sell it? If you expect it to keep growing- just figure out how to monetize it a lot better and you're good.

15,000 visitors a month is 500 a day- if you convert just 1% that's 5 sales a day, and if you make $20/sale that's $100/day- not bad for one site.
