I'm a newby at flipping domains. I have a premium domain name which i intent to sell on Flippa. However, ineed your advice, the domain has the following stats:

Global search: 60,500
Local serach: 14,800
leght: 6 letter
cpc: $0.1
Extension: .cc

The part that gets me worried is the cpc and extension.

Experienced domain flippers, do you think it will sell and at what price range

The general trend is to price something at 3x - 10x its monthly income. If you don't have income from it, unless it's a truly wonderful domain name, it could be difficult to get a good price for it.

The .cc extension can be a problem. Most truly premium domains are .com, .net, or .org, with .com bringing in the biggest dollars.

Most important is the niche its in, how it's monetized (or could be monetized), and so on... unless you're just flipping the domain name with no site/content.

Unless your site isn't very good, I recommend flipping it as a package. It's more likely to get attention, if someone is buying a full site + domain.

If you haven't built a site with that domain name, your best bet is to build the site, get some good traffic and income, and then flip it.

Think in terms of real estate: The successful business in a good location is going to sell for a far higher price than an empty lot, no matter how good the location.

The extension is a sale killer. Not many people want to purchase a .cc, especially if it will cost more than registration fee.

^ Pretty much this. Also for selling domains you should check out sedo, it might be better in this case then flippa.

It is best to develop the domain. Even if you put only a simple web site with maybe 5 pages on it the chances of selling it are 10 times higher.

Flippa is not the best place to sell Domain names. You will be lucky to get $100 because people are there to buy existing profitable websites with traffic.

Try listing it with Sedo or TDNam. I would recommend Sedo it's the largest domain marketplace and always has the top sellers each week.

I had more success with Sedo rather then Flippa
