How To Get Your Revenge After Being Scammed?Any Help?

Hello everyone

Several months ago,I've been scammed by some self-claimed guru (don't know if I can mention the name here or not according to the rules),I paid about $500 for a collection of crap, requested a refund several times but received only arrogant replies,it wasn't only me,this product was a big scam and a big thread put here of WF (now removed),but unfortunately , I wasn't a WF member by this time,

Now,I'm receiving emails again from the same marketer,he's acting as if nothing happened,he is returning back to the market place to squeeze money from these poor guys looking for legitimate help,

Now,I forgot about the money (however I feel how bitter it was every time I remember this), but I really want to get my revenge from this scammer to get the feeling that even I lost money,he got what he deserves,

Any ideas?I don't live in U.S. (if I do i would never hesitated to sew him), and the issue is months ago, anyone know some way to punish this guy and give him what he deserves?

Did you receive physical product or was it all downloaded? It is harder to get a refund for downloaded products.

P.S. Drop the feeling of revenge. It doesn't serve anyone.

If the person is from the United States you could report them to the BBB. Also, you can report this company on rip-off report. Usually revenge is not worth the effort, although it can be fun. If the person already cost you $500 why spend a lot of time and effort to get back at them. Then you are wasting more time and money on the loser.

did you pay by credit card?
Do you have your own website?
Which country are you based in?

If you paid by credit card theres nothing stopping up getting a chargeback i got ripped off with some SEO ages ago and got a chargeback 6 months after paying out.

If you have a decent ranking website or alternatively use goarticles.com and post a review about it and then social bookmark it then when people google this product looking for reviews before they buy it in the future they will see your review!

Also if there american based and your say in the UK its a lot harder for them to get any comments removed by you on the internet without it costing them a lot of money.

    I know how it feels

A few years ago I got scammed

The worst thing about it was that I just kept on in hope

I finally got in to the tune of about $1500 and tried to get some recompense

I am in the US and the guy was in Canada

There was absolutely nothing I could do and believe me I tried, at the time I could not afford to lose $1500, but guess what ?

Just put it down to experience and move on

Just be more careful next time

good advice on forget revenge ..it is like hate and anger..YOU are the only one who suffers...the a$$holes who steal adn hurt just go on down the line
    so forget that

HOWEVER....if the scammer is marketing online, you can piggyback his effforts by focusing on his keywords, his campaign , tie it into a competing product and save some of the people by substituting a better product/service.

    ripoff report is good
    posting here is good
    digitalforum is good
    other forums are good
call him out ON HIS PRODUCT
and keep it on a business level

piggybacking is good ...you steal his traffic and sell product. just be absolutely positive that what you sell is good , solid , non refunding type of product...have to deliver over the top

    good luck
