If you can show musicians how they can make more money, get more gigs, record deal, sell their own records you will make money.

    But then, I don't if that's who you're targeting.

No, I'm not talking about a million dollar company. But it seems you're actually trying to sell music.

Music niche is definitely profitable, just depends on what you are trying to do specifically.

nulen it is in my opinion better to focus on amazon with a physical product due to a much lower refund rate. Clickbank refund rates are pretty high.

If your site is for music producers and DJ-s, there are plenty of good Clickbank products to promote. And some are converting really well! (for example: Dubturbo)

For ideas you can also check out my house music blog where I'm also promoting Clickbank products: Best House Music

And they are right, because it 'sounds' a bit unprofessional, and you have not the complete control of the domain.

So always choose to create your personal website using professional registrar (Namecheap's good) and a reliable hosting.
I like very much music niche ( I am a guitar player ).

Try to offer training courses made by you, if you can play something well and transmit your passion to other people.

If you can't play anything, be an affiliate.
If I am not wrong, websites such as Songsterr have an affiliate program to join.

Good luck for your niche idea.

Since I am quite new to Internet Marketing, I prefer to use free blogs just to experiment and learn! I still have a lot to learn, and when I will be ready I will buy a custom domain too.

To be honest with you I made just 2 sales on Dubturbo (that means around 50$). But I simply added some image ads about making music on my blog about house music...not a good strategy! So I got a lot of curious clicks, but not so many sales.

Now I learned more things and I started a new campaign for a new program called Dr Drum. I wrote an article just for this purpose (you can read it here), and I'll see how it goes. Wish me luck!

What I would do is go keyword hunting. Find out what keywords are going to get you traffic and won't be that difficult to rank for. Then once you have some keywords in mind, start trying to find offers, or other monetizing methods that will work well with those keywords, and start using the ones that seem that they would be the most profitable.

My 2 best earning sites are both in the music niche.

If you're a musician yourself, try to build a site where you're sort of the resident expert on the topic. Maybe post some videos of you playing guitar or piano or whatever and build a list by offering a few free video lessons or an ebook. Then promote any number of affiliate products on the back end.

Just remember that there are a lot of excellent music education courses that are NOT on Clickbank, so look around. My best earning affiliate program is with a non-CB vendor.

    Good luck!

I am not in music niche, but I am sure it is a profitable niche. Of course you have to target a specific sub niche and dominate it.

Its definitely profitable and also an evergreen niche

Then there is also the added bonus when promoting because you can do it for free by uploading videos to Youtube and similar sites.

I just figured it out for myself that the best way to promote a Beatmaking Software is to buy it yourself, make some beats and then show them to the world!

If you make good music and people see that the program really works, for sure they will buy it!

And as an example, check out my first video using Dr Drum: ""
