JV & Partnership agreement
I am going to form a partnership with a writer and I need to find a good (simple) template to do so. Basically I am going to own the site and content, but will split the profits with the writer for a 1 yr period of time, and then we will re-negotiate.
Are there any good templates that I can grab online for this, that target an ebook type of agreement between 2 people?
