HELP...website not pulling up

When I just tried to go to my site, I got this error message....
502 Bad Gateway

What does this mean? I have never had a problem with my site coming up in the year that I have had it. Thanks!

    It is the site in my sig, if anyone would click and let me know if it is working for them. Has nothing to do with IMing . I just tried again and it had a "timed out" error message this time. Thanks in advance!

    Heya Brit, sorry your site's having problems. That error (based on general googlin') seems to point to a problem with your hosting provider.
    You could probably call them and notify them; but seeing as this signifies some sort of hardware error on your HOSTS equipment, they probably have customers calling them anyway. But you might want to call and double check. DON'T let them convince you it's something wrong with your site (scripting/etc); they should atleast give you the courtesy of googling that error to see that it's not.
    If the site comes up fine for them, but not for you, they are probably accessing it on an internal network (which uses a different gateway) ; so if they say it comes up fine, you know your code is fine; but ask them to use a proxy server and check it externally. hidemyass.com is good for this, and they can also use host-tracker.com to check basic header response (currently, 502 as well as sporadic timeouts).

    Yep, issues here as well. You will will need to contact your host and see whats going on, on their end.

    dv8domainsDotCom is right, I get the same error visiting your site.
    Since a 502 usually indicates there's something wrong with a website's server, or the way a website's servers communicate with each other, you should definitely contact your hosting provider.
