Best Affiliate Management Software?

INTERNET MARKETING

Hi,

I'm looking to start an affiliate program for an upcoming product launch, does anyone have any experience of using affiliate software and could you reccommend the best one out there.

I need it to create affiliate id's, track sales and hopefully sort out online (paypal) payments to my affiliates directly and automatically.

I had bookmarked one system that seemed ideal but I've since changed computers and lost the link!!
