Plural or Not for a Domain Name

I'm just tossing up which domain name to get, the singular name or plural name.

For example if I wanted a domain for dog groomer adelaide is it better to get:

doggroomeradelaide.com or
doggroomersadelaide.com

The search numbers for both are similar but I'm thinking if people search 'dog groomer adelaide' that both would come up in results, but if they search 'dog groomers adelaide' would the singular version show up in results?

Would I be better getting the plural name?

    If you get groomers, you should also show up for groomer in the serps. That's been my experience anyway.

    Thanks Suzanne, that's what I was thinking, that even with the 's' in there the singular word would still show up.

    The singular is usually considered more valuable.

    But if you want to build a "real" business an a "real" web site, I would buy both.

        Just direct the plural to the singular or vice versa but not one to another.

    I agree with Suzanne. I think I would go for the "groomers" so you will get picked up better in the serps.
