Site not showing up in Google!

Oh god, oh god, oh god... please don't let be de indexed

Last week, I outsourced my backlinking for my first blog. I was pretty satisfied, going from unknown to google, to page 6, page 4, page 3, eventually to page 2! Then yesterday, it slipped back to page 4. Today, it's gone! At least it's not showing up on the first 20 pages for my keywords!

A few of my blog posts are showing up, page 7 and page 12. But not my home page?

What does it mean? Is it just the google dance? Is it de indexed? Oh god, if it's gone and all my time and money invested is just wasted, I'm going to kill myself.

It's likely just the dance. I wouldn't worry about it. Sites can often vanish for days or even longer before popping up again and often in a better position.

if you want to check to see if your site is indexed type into google:

    site:http://www.mysite.com

Changing mysite.com for your url of course

Then yes you can relax. It is not deindexed. There is a chance it may have been penalized if the link were spam crap and there were too many of them in a short period.

But this is the dance. What you need to do now is continue adding fresh unique content and building high quality backlinks, but only in numbers which you could reasonably do yourself per day.

If you do this you have nothing to worry about. If you are doing it right when you site does jump back into the rankings it will be in a better position.

If you don't know how to do SEO properly skype me and we can talk.

well I would firstly check to see if you have any spammy links pointed to your site. But if your pages are still indexed just keep linking and ride out the Google dance

The shuffling process is perfectly normal. As you promote your site, your rankings will fluctuate. Typically they drop off before they improve.

    Wait it out.

Do not care about the links pointing to your website, there is nothing you can do about that anyway.

You will not be punished for bad links, in worst case they give 0 ranking value. Otherwise it would be possible to hurt your competition by buying a tons of spam links pointing to their sites.
