Links in front of people who would be interested in the video, perhaps?

The simplest answer is usually the right answer.

You need to get this video infront of your target audience....

How is it ranking? On the first page for your chosen Keyword?? That's really the easiest way, create the video, throw it online, Optimize the hell out of it and Boom it should work away all on it's own...

      1. The title of your YouTube video must
      contain your niche keyword.
      2. Use the right keywords in your Video tags
      3. Create video response on video that have high
      views.

      Hope this help

Need to optimize your video to be found by YouTube and Google search. Title of the
video is the most important, and it should contain your main keyword. Enter as many
keywords as you can think of, as tags. Post about every new video on Facebook and
Twitter. One good tactic is to add your video as a video response on some very popular
video. Have in mind that you can respond only once with every video.

Make sure your video is optimized by having your target keyword in the title, description, and tags. Also make sure your link comes at the beginning of the description.

You can try getting traffic from Social media this often converts well with Youtube. Facebook makes it super easy to post videos.
