You can get this done on Fiverr. Make a slideshow in Powerpoint or the open version and get a good quality voiceover artist (there are many on Fiverr) to record it to the video.

You will get a far better end result.

I use Article-To-Video converter because my voice isn't that great and my accent could be unintelligible to many .... lol

I use an Online Version with about 6 voices to choose from. Some voices sounded natural and some sounded robotic at certain points of a sentence. And you can use many voices in one project.

The other reason is that the provider gives free background graphics and free music. Royalty-free, so no worries.

Then, you can download your project with everything ready as AVI, WMV or QT.

Finally, if you wish, they can distribute your "video-reel" to hundreds of Video-Channel.

I don't have to get a Voice-Over Artiste to a recording studio for short clips. I use the Online System to let one of my robo-talents read. Then split the Recorded Voice from the Video File, and use my own background and video clip. ( If you want EXPRESSIVE TONES over a short clip, then it is better to go with Fiverr ).

I used "Article Video Robots" in past...It was good if you just wanted to create video only but when I tried to used their automated submission tools, there was tons of error and limitations(like you can't distribute more than one video together)....overall, 4/5 if you just want to create video but 2/5 if you are looking for video creation as well distribution.

One more thing I forgot to mention about article video robots, they didn't pay me for my affiliate earning....

Agree with Asher. I will convert a paragraph into a bullet point for my slides, then simply fire up camtasia and record the presentation while I narrate.
