Autoresponder - Broadcasting Question
I can't seem to wrap my brain around this one so I thought you guys and gals might be able to help me out.
When communicating with your lists - do you primarily use broadcasts or follow up emails? I prefer broadcasts with one of my customer lists, because news, updates and services come up and at the time I want to communicate with them (ie, it's not planned out as a follow up sequence would be).
The problem I have with broadcasts is that new customers who arrive on my list never get to see the previous broadcasts. So should I be publishing those broadcasts in a HTML archive or RSS feed? This is a feature within Aweber. The thing is - wouldn't that then be publicly viewable by anybody even if they aren't on my list?
Just wondering how others handle this, and/or feedback regarding publishing the broadcasts.
