Need Help with Security/Trust decision: Mcafee -VS- Verisign

Hello People,

I need some help in making make a choice on security that will effect 100's of my clients.

When it comes to brand name... which do you Trust / Recognize more?

Mcafee - or - Verisign?

    I would say Verisign, since they secure major companies like PayPal. I don't know much about Mcafee, but it shouldn't be bad option either

    Verisign. I assimilate McAfee with a weak anti-virus software.

      Another vote here for Verisign.

      I haven't used or trusted McAfee since 2001, when they agreed to leave a backdoor in their software for the FBI to install Trojans

    Name = McAfee, but McAfee is hell of expensive. Are you considering the cost ? Did you compare the type of vulnerability test they are doing ?

    Sitelock will do the job (not only for trust but for the type of security reports they providing you and tests).

    Beside they got a team that you can pay to fix security issue, so u wouldn't have each time to hire someone.

    The reason I mention them is a month ago a client asked me to get them the best value (functionality + Price). After I lock at them I decide to go with this one (I am majored in information security )
