ordered items not shipped means no commission amazon affiliate

Hi,

i got three orders last month but only one was shipped... the remaining two items was still not shipped for more than two weeks already. does it mean no sales at all for these two items. thanks.

    You will get paid and it will show in your account once those items ship.

    This happens sometimes as they wait for new stock just be patient and keep doing what you are doing.

    Some items on Amazon do indeed have a long ship time. However, even those with short shipping times might simply be out of stock. Either way, once the item ships, you'll get paid! Yay!

    What about if the items you ordered YOURSELF and you can guarantee were indeed SHIPPED because they arrived at your house?

    But in the Amazon Affiliate dashboard, they don't show up as shipped, therefore no moolah.

    Any ideas?

    In the past Amazon has always paid commissions on items I've ordered through my own aff link. But now something seems broken.

      Check Amazon's Appropriate Conduct section in your Affiliate account. It says this: "You may not purchase products during sessions initiated through your own Associates links and will not receive referral fees for such orders."

        So, what you're saying is after years of not policing their own policy, they may finally be enforcing it?

        The weird thing is certain products that I've ordered over the last month DO show as shipped and DO show commissions, it's only other random ones that don't. So whatever Amazon is doing, it's not consistent.

            I managed to sell 7 products in Amazon this month but not 1 of them register any commission yet. Usually the commission takes how long to come in?

    today 1 got my first commission of $2.25 for one shipped item at 10% commission total sales were of 7 items 1 shipped 6 left

      Hey, just registered and this answered my question. Just had my first two affiliate orders and was in near tears that the "earnings" were zero. Neither has shipped and one is a pre order, so this makes perfect sense

    Just a waiting game...

    Eventually you will get commission unless they ordered is cancelled or it's refunded/shipped back.
