hey, it all depends on how the relationshsip is with you ... have you been building a solid strong relationship with your 100 subscribers?

if not then start developing your relationship with them, and get them to trust you, give away free information that is of value to them, and solving their problems. then eventually sell products to them

    Zourkas,

thats like asking if I talk to 100 people will they buy my product.

Who knows the answer to that?

If you were speaking.. it would all be a matter of what you said, how you said it, and what you offered.

No different in email marketing other than if you do it right, you'll have an opportunity to do it again.

If you mess up, oversell, or promote jumk, people will unsubscribe.

The money is most definitely in the list, but it is in the relationship you build with your list. How many times have you been added to someone's list, and just had products they recommend that you buy mailed to you?

Dare to be different, and give before you ask about recieving money. Also, with 100 people on your list, you may need to focus on building it up a bit more while giving away free relevant information, and then email them a product to sell.

    Hope this helps you.

    Paul.

Such vague and undefined question implies that you are either thinking about whether to start
with list building, or you are new in list building, or even that you don't have a list at all.

What ever the case, you'll get nowhere with such questions. No matter what anyone tells you,
it doesn't have to be true for you. There are many factors involved.

What you should do if you are interested in list building is not thinking about money, but
learn the basics and get to work. Here's a basic overview of the process that I personally
use. It is by no means the only or the best way for building a list, but it works perfectly fine.

Step 1: Create a squeeze page

Step 2: Create a free gift

Step 3: Sign up with an autoresponder

Step 4: Create a new list and opt-in form in autoresponder

Step 5: Connect opt-in form to your squeeze page

Step 6: Drive traffic to your squeeze page

When you start actually doing it you will face many obstacles that didn't exist on paper.
Then you can come to forums and ask specific questions and Warriors might be able to help you.

Or another option is that he really doesn't care at all and just posted a irrelevant question to get his post count up.

Newbie here- How do you create this squeeze page without trying to sell people anything up front? This is such a huge world (IM) and I struggling to figure it out.

Squeeze page is a one-page website where you offer people something in
exchange for their email address. That something is usually an ebook,
video, report, software, anything that holds value for visitors and that
they are interested in. In this model, you are not selling anything on the
squeeze page since the purpose is gathering emails and building a list.

In other words, they "pay" for the gift with their email address.

You can find already done squeeze page templates on the internet for free
or get some designed. When you have a squeeze page you register with
autoresponder service (like Aweber), and create an opt-in form.

Then you connect the opt-in form to the squeeze page and when visitors
enter their information in the opt-in form on the squeeze page it gets stored
in the autoresponder and you can mail them later.

That's about the gist of the process, when you understand it it gets much easier.

Using generally accepted statistical marketing averages of .02% rounded to the nearest digit, you'll get 0.

The industry standard is: $1 per each subscriber but you should really aim for more than just that.

Totally depends. If you have a list of customers emails and they have bought from you before. Sending them info on a not too regular basis about new product that YOU create, can have quite high conversion rates.

$1 - $2 for each subscriber indeed. But you shouldn't rely on standards like these, too much variables are active when it comes down to closing a deal.

Impossible to answer. Many factors: Quality of the list. How you work it. And the quality of the products you sell.

The only person who can really answer that question is you. YOU need to try and test out your offers yourself.

There is no predefined answer to that question.

Well over a month I can get 20-25 of them to buy a low-cost offer, if they are previous buyers anyway.

Build a buyers list and conversions will be as easy as pie.

Some internet marketers will say that a good list is worth around $1 per person. So in another words, if you had a list of 100 people and promoted a $50 product to them, you would expect 2 people to buy the product and make you about $100 in aff. commission.

However, not all IMers agree with these figures and i know a lot of great IMers who would say that a good list is typically worth closer to about $.50 or so.

Either way, it heavily depends on your relationship with your list and how well the offers that your sending to your list convert. No one really knows the answer.

I have found that the only way you can determine this is by testing. Every list is different, and If you don't test yours, you will never know. In Internet Marketing, you need to have the LVC down. You need to test, test, test until you know your numbers. It is important to test, because every marketer that has ever made money online should know their numbers. If you are not testing it is as if you were blindly walking around with your product. People will not buy if you do not know them. It has to do with building the relationship with your list.

It depends on the product you are promoting and also what the people on your list are like. Whether they trust you as a seller and if they are happy with the information and products you pitch to them.

In theroy each person on your list should be worth $1 so if you email 100 people about a $10 product 10 should buy it and you are set to make aprox $100.

    Hope this helps

If it is not a buyer list then the percentage is low. Go get more targeted subs, offer some cheap but quality stuff first. Then you have a buyer list that converts more if you maintain good relationship with them.

Generally the ration was thought to be 1 in 10, but in actuality is depends on your relationship with your list, what your selling and how you go about selling it. If you have a strong relationship with your list and you send out a well written, convincing sales email you will probably have better luck then if you have a list of 100 randoms and you sent out something saying

    BUY MY SHIZ FOOLS

    LOL

I was able to make $500+ over the weekend just off a list of 130+ people. That's only 13-15 people buying a product priced at $37.

I instantly re-invested that money into solo ads to get more targeted buyers.
