Wanted: mentor/guru/coach

I'm suffering from information overload. I'm consuming so much about IM from here, other blogs, podcasts, and ebooks, it's hard to remember it all. And I hear some people suggesting to take one path and other people suggest taking different paths.

I need some hand holding. I'm working hard, but I'm not sure if my work is good enough or I'm putting my energy where it is needed. I'm looking for an established mentor to guide me through IM, until I have a firm grasp on everything and finally start seeing some return on my investment.

Thing is, I can't pay huge sums of money for one. Is there anyone out there that offers this kind of service at a lower rate for newbies?

It would help if you would define lower rate. How much are you willing to pay and also, is there a specific form of IM you would want your coaching dedicated to? Being extremely specific can fetch you literally anything on this forum. Take my word for it.

It seems you need an action plan more than a coach. First, stop browsing the internet for more than 30 minutes. Second, make a plan of action for the long term and break it up into actionable points for the short term. Based on these points make a plan for each day and stick to it. If you stick with this you will move ahead and be able to accomplish more than if you take a coach.

Advice: Stop trying to 'buy' mentoring, until you can afford the very best. Instead of asking for a mentor, find someone who is doing what you want to do and has achieved the success you want to achieve. Then, offer to work for them for free. You'll learn more in the process and develop a great relationship with someone who will be happy to help you in return.

    What level are you now?
Can you build a simple website?
Do you know what domain name is?
are you looking for offline or online marketing?
or are you looking to become product creator?
    etc....?

Once you define your level of experience, then go and find someone who's already succeeded on that field and learn from him.

    Where?
    --Warriorforum

    How?
-- Buy his products and find ways to reach him for coaching.
