Embed YouTube In HQ?

Hey guys does anyone know how to embed youtube in HQ? I want to embed youtube videos in HQ on my blog. The standard html embed code make the videos quality:360 but i record in 720 and want to embed that so 720 plays automatically

I found this old video: How To Embed High Quality YouTube Videos - YouTube but doesnt work for hq or 720

Its strange that there isnt a updated video... Any ideas?

    Not sure how to do it in YouTube, I use VTubeTools before I embed it gives you a few more options including HD quality.

    Look in your embed code and paste the bold part. There you have it, HD embeds.
