Writer Project Management System?

Hi, everyone.

I currently use Write Aid as my writer project management system. I am hoping to find something I can integrate onto my own domain (with a little more functionality).

I still want to be able to assign topics to writers; have an open queue for them to grab from; track accepted and rejected articles; etc.

Is there a way to set something like this up on my own? Can it be done using a WordPress platform?

Any ideas?

    Hi Deborah,
This is not going to be much help to you,but for what its worth,I took them up on their 30 day free trial, but my Kindle world 'fell apart' and I did not go on with this, but would very much like to know what others have to say on this product, or an answer to it.

My questions isn't about WriteAid. It is about whether or not there are alternatives like it that I can actually own as opposed to paying monthly for.

WriteAid is a great system. I just feel like I need to evolve past it now.

It can be done on a Wordpress platform. I'm not sure about anything specifically targeting Writers, but try out some task management plugins (maybe CollabPress?) or some task tracking app.

If you're not able to find anything suitable, send me a PM - I'll see if we can get something created for you (for free of course).

Thank you! That might just be the answer I'm looking for. I'm going to give it a try and I'll let you know!
