Affiliatitive marketing to university students
I've been thinking very much along the whole IM brainwaves recently and when I got an email yesterday from some student letting us know we can buy a book from an online bookstore for a better price I knew it was a good idea. I signed up for an affiliatitive account with them then just sent another email to nearly 600 kids with my special link. Hopefully will earn some sales but just thinking that this is probably a great market seeing that uni students need thousands of books yearly and lots of these books have to be brand new, ie you cannot buy them second hand. The only problem is getting their email address as you need an inside man...
