Help with video viral ideas

What topic will really drag your attention or make you laugh so load that you'd have to share this with you friends?
I am looking to produce an original animated presentation on any topic that will be clever and funny - the audience are business people and marketers of all levels.
Any ideas?

    A lot of things that are funny is because of its unexpectedness and irony. I can't really explain it but I found an article that can probably help. What is comedy and what makes something funny? :: Language Foundry

    I would watch stuff that makes me laugh and try to understand why it makes me laugh. Ask yourself "did I laugh because it was unexpected?" "... because I can relate to it?"
