How do you publish + hide a certain wordpress page to keep it visible.

I`m trying to put a "privacy policy" at the bottom, but I dont want a wordpress tab saying "privacy policy again" at the top. Its only when the user who clicks on the bottom footer it can lead to a page explaining privacy policy.

Is there a certain java script? or something..

There is a plugin for that. It's something like "Hide Page" or something like that. It creates a checkbox on the admin page when you are writing the page. Just check the box and it won't appear in the Navigation.

  Since you've not had much reply's I'll try to help.
  
  I think the option to remove the page from your header should depend on the theme you are using. Is there not an option inside the theme for that?
  
  As for moving the page to the footer, I think you'll need some code to put into the php_functions file to move the certain page into the footer.

I actually found the plugin, its called "exclude pages" pretty much solid 243,000 dls.

I use this one... it'll do the trick. Install plugin, publish your content as a page, and select the box to "exclude from navigation." It'll make your page live, but only people who have the full URL will be able to find it.

Then just hard code your privacy policy link to the URL.
