Google Introduces Google For Domains Parking

Yes,

If you have domains that are dormant or have tried parking domains and were not approved or accepted, you can now join google for domain adsense program.

Before now, individuals are not allowed to run google for domain unless you have a large portfolio of domains...

Here, you register your domain, change the Cname and A record and then wait for approval by google.

If your domain does not go against their policy, you are approved and text link ads of third
party advertisers will start showing on your parked domain. Your are paid when your visitor clicks on the ad links and are taken to the third party's site.

You can read the set up by visiting https://www.google.com/adsense/suppo...ui&medium=link
