I am hiring a VA and and a web master. I want some help in deciding how to manage them. What level of access to give them to my hosting server? How to manage that access and how to monitor what they do, until we have developed a level of trust. -What precautions to take before letting them work on accounts of my clients? -How to manage pass words? -What kind of information to share about affiliate accounts etc. Any suggestions and issues to keep in mind will be a great help. Thanks. Virender |

Hi Virender, Do a search for my "7 Tips Virtual Assistants" and that should help answer some of your questions. Trust establishment is a crucial aspect to the relationship. It would be that much easier if you hired the VA based on past testimonials from prior customers so it would help to answer how careful you might need to be when starting out. Best of luck! |
