Facebook purchased Instagram for $1 billion. Why do you guys think this app is worth $1 billion????
Is that mean Facebook want to expand its photo-sharing feature? Or just for the normal expanding?

    A lot of it is about their upcoming public share offering. The more attractive they can make the business the more money they will get.
