Need a good image hosting script

I'm looking for a good image hosting script.

Some features I'm looking for is:

* User have to select a category
* User can add tags or keywords
* Script must have some kind of log so I know what IP is uploading a image
* Users must be able to upload image without a account

      Yeah, I know. I just want to check if there's any ready made scripts out there since the features I need is pretty basic.
