Paypal Dispute Question
It appears that I will have to dispute a charge for a couple websites I ordered from a warrior who has vanished with my money. I'm well within the 45 day dispute window with Paypal, so I could go that route. I think, however, that Paypal will take a "hands-off" stance, since I'm disputing a digital product.
All of my Paypal purchases are charged to my American Express card, and I think Amex would be more sympathetic. I'm uncertain how to proceed. Do I raise the dispute with Amex, Paypal or both? Does anyone have any experience with this type of situation?
I'll appreciate any advice you have to offer.
