Adsense Placement Question? help!

Hey guys i recently started a website and i am getting good clicks from ads placed above youtube videos that are on the site. I want to make sure that this ads placement is fine with google for i would not like to get banned.

Please see screen shot of ads placement and let me know if its ok to place google adsense there.

    yes i am Randall Magwood about 60% of the traffic is from SE's......

    just want to know if anything is wrong with my ad placement

    Based on the picture, it seems to be in compliance with adsense terms. I can't see them giving you any slack about it unless you have an adsense unit hidden behind that image that I can't see Outside of that, looks good. Although from my experience text ads usually pay more than image.

    Looks fine to me, just remember it's max 3 ad sense ads per page and I wouldn't mix similar ad companies with ad sense, that could violate their TOS. I recommend you read their TOS yourself if you haven't, isn't that long and is pretty clear.
