What's the best way to PACKAGE PLR Articles?

Okay so I already know that PLR articles usually only sell in packs between 5 and 25... I've also noticed people tend to add a 'keyword' section in the packs to help out the buyer...

So here's my question.... How should the package ultimately be sent? Is it best to have all the information written in one single PDF including the keywords or broken up into each individual PDFs and put in a .zip/.rar file?

What's the proper and most effective way to put everything together?

I know it may sound like a silly question but I just want to make sure this is done the right way. Thanks for your help!

I think it would be best to put the articles individually in a word doc or notepad file and the zip the folder and send it to the buyer. It's hard to copy from a pdf file and that would cause some problems to your buyers.

Because it is PLR people want to be able to edit the information. We provide our packs with each article in a doc, text and pdf format. We also include Twitter and Facebook pdates in a text document. Then we zip all of that into a single file.

That way the client only has to download one file and it unpacks neatly into a sub-directory.

    I agree with that fellow.

You should have them in individual pdfs, and put them all in one directory.

The directory should contain the collection of pdfs (not in their individual directory.)

That will be the neatest and best way.

    Example:

    Directory
    1.pdf
    2.pdf
    3.pdf

    (easily accessible, neat, clean)

PS: I have purchased huge packages of PLR that are so messy and disorganized, I rarely got around to using them. (all individually compressed, individual directories. in these cases it would take OVER AN HOUR to get them unzipped/packaged because of the quantity of directories and individually compressed files.)

Easily accessible and neat PLR is the best.

Thanks so much, it's good to get insight from an actual buyer

Thanks everyone for the info, all of this really helps me get the right idea here. I agree that everything should be neat, but sometimes what's 'neat' to me might not be 'neat' to others and cause problems and it's good to know the proper way to do things like this. Thanks again!

I provide articles in separate files, .doc and .txt format and sometimes .pdf - I wouldn't include *just* pdfs thought as these aren't easy to edit like txt or doc files.

Once I've got all the files ready I zip up the main folder and let buyers download that. I name it so that they will know what it is once they add it to their main PLR folder on their computer, if they have one.

I make a folder and put the articles in in both .doc and .txt format. (I was getting requests for the other format whenever I only used one.) I also include a PDF with PLR terms so they have them handy as well as a link back to my site. I zip all of that up into a .zip file.

The whole point of PLR is that you can make changes to it, so distributing it only as a PDF makes no sense - your buyer would need to convert it back to an editable form before they could use it for most purposes.

In fact I don't include PDF's at all in my packages, just TXT and DOC versions. My keyword lists are CSV files because they are easiest to manipulate and make use of in a spreadsheet.

Now, if you're talking MRR or RR where buyers are expecting to use the product as-is, not change it (and you don't want them to change it) - then PDF is a good format to use.

I am with Amanda. I think her idea is the best way and it's the way I do it and also the way I would prefer to receive it.
