This news station alone isn't going to do much. The vast majority of people who go to the **** berry website still won't have heard of it. All this coverage does is let more people know about the brand.. like they say... any PR is good PR. I'd say the **** berry has a few more months of life left.

That video will not be the death of the **** berry. The **** berry is not the real culprit in that story, it's the forced continuity program and unscroupulous companies that make it nearly impossible to cancel a monthly membership.

That video names the **** berry but there are tons of different companies that promote countless products in a similar fashion. People should spend some time to do a little research before buying a product although we all know how difficult it can be to find a real review of a product and not a "review" that is just meant to sell a product.

I have not investigated the **** berry personally and I have no idea weather the products do what they claim. I would imagine that if they do live up to the claims the products will be around for a long time and if the products don't live up to the claims they will probably still be around for a long time.

Does markethealth also involved in this scam?

Anyone who promotes **** berry product from markethealth.com share your ideas here.

      Thanks.

What this video does is highlight the unscrupulous company that is using deceptive practices to sell a product. It won't kill sales for **** Berry. However, it may prompt people to look into some of the claims that are being promoted for the product such as weight loss.

I have done a lot of research into the product and I have not found any research that supports the claim of weight loss. Again these are deceptive sales practices.

Also, a lot of companies won't even tell you how much **** is actually in their product - one prominent company comes to mind as I type this.

If you buy ****, the best type to buy is organic, freeze dried (not spray dried) that has no additives. The juices have been pastuerized and proccesed in such a way that kills most of the nutrients of the berry.

The **** Berry is loaded with powerful antioxidants that greatly reduce inflammation that causes numerous diseases.

And I could go on but I see that I am about to be late for an appointment.

        More on this later,
        Yours in Health

No I don't think Markethealth is part of this. I doubt it...their network is pretty high quality and has pretty good reputation.

I'll tell you guys one thing, this news will spread. And I'm pretty sure these **** offers are going to be pulled from the networks soon, because those companies are going to go through some law suites I tell you.

**** products will live. Hopefully, shady marketing companies without integrity will die.

The economic mess we are in today has its root causes in poor character. Companies and individuals that resort to less-than-honest strategies and tactics make IM-ing more difficult for the rest of us, and history shows that they are not likely to win in the long run.

This is a good thread to start to make a point for those of us who are looking for opportunities to promote: be careful who you associate with.

        Thank you.

I highly doubt this will be the end of the **** berry...first off think of all the other diet pills that claim this or that..and some story airs on local news stations exposing a scam. It's so common, and it never really seems to hurt business. The **** diet craze is a fad, and it will die down, but I'm sure it will be lucrative for some time to come.

I agree with pdishman..natural pure **** is great for you!

So what did we learn here today? Forced continuity = bad unless CLEARLY specified. Seems obvious but I'm sure there are many more people out there that try to hide it.

Another thing is the comment she made about all the websites looking the same... I almost forgot why I don't use the typical minisite style, thanks for the reminder news lady!

Thanks for postin' the video Eswar!

OH snap I take that back. Just went through their new product listings and it's bloody there!
I think I'm gonna get on the phone with market health and ask them whats up with them taking on such a scammy product line. Not cool. They have been very good to me and I have made a lot of money with them, but I have never before promoted CPA products through their network, only CPS programs.

I just checked the market health offer and when you actually enter your details and go to the next page there is no place where you actually only have to pay shipping, the least you can buy is 1 bottle which is $50.

I know them so I was a little surprised by this, but maybe somebody else can check without ordering (I am not in the United states) whether there is anything scammy about the market health order process at acaiberryselect.com

            Thanks

      I LOVE ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is a dish called **** bowl... yum!!

I am making a lil money with it, but fun money, promoting Sambazon.

It is just a store, no mlm or other crap.

About using it to lose weight... it is scammy, sort of...

      it is actually very caloric.

But the sad fact is that people don't get fat for what they eat but for what they don't eat... **** is a nice resource of the stuff the body really needs... so those who take it don't attack the fridge...

There are **** sites out there that are just downright scams but there are also legitimate ones as well. If you do a little research, you will find that people have already called out numerous sites using shady tactics or not delivering at all.

I'm not sure why this news station showed **** Berry Select though because it is one of the few legitimate sites out there. They didn't call it out they just were on the site during the video.

I have ONE, ONE, ONE, article, spun about 10 ways, on different article directories pitching a diet pill offer. But, 3 of those directories allow me to put in 'links', so I link to 2-3 related products.

Guess what. The diet pills, (main focus) didn't move, the green tea didn't move, BUT... the **** berry link made me $64.00 in less than 48 hours.

Not too bad. Especially for ONE article (spun ten times)

Actually, ****'s been around for a long time. Some of us have been using it long before Oprah mentioned it on her show (which likely caused all these variations and MLMs to pop up.) I'm having to pay a buck extra per bottle because of the freakin 'Oprah bump!'

You know what's funny? These companies have done this to themselves. They would have Plenty of business right now simply doing things the right way and accepting cancellations, but because some have gotten greedy and just plain stupid, it's now even making affiliates promoting this stuff look bad.

Please - They're not hurting one bit. It's still doing as well as it's ever done.

Once **** is gone, something else will take it's place. Forced continuity has been around forever and will probably continue to stick around forever.

Yes, I myself tried 24 hours back without ordering. The landing page promotes free trial by paying $6.95 Shipping& Handiling charges. But in the next page i was not able to find out any offer regarding 2 free bottles. This one seems like these people also doing the same trick.

Isn't it fantastic how a berry grown in the Amazon rain forest that is only 10% fruit and 90% pit can be exported in such huge quantities that virtually the whole western world can share in the juice?
I would really like to know how all these remote and exotic berries and fruits can be harvested in the quantities required to satisfy the artificially created demand of a voracious consumer society.

Same thing marketers have been doing with Weight loss for years, for example. How is it different? Not saying it's okay, just the same tactics used for other products. Like the old time snake oil sales man. It's been going on forever.

Course the continuity is how they can pay $30 plus per trial, which is why marketers push it in the first place.

I promote such CPA models, but I always test the actual product
        first, by ordering, then canceling.

If the cancel goes through then I know I'll make hundreds daily from
        it.

If there is a problem then I do not work with that specific product,
and sometimes that CPA provider altogether.
