Need Advice on Affiliate Services & Other ?'s

I am looking for some of your help and knowledge.
My situation: I recently wrote an e-book on a health related topic. I joined E-Junkie's trial, which is up tomorrow. This is my first go around selling an e-product as well as promoting it. I am concentrating my efforts on strong affiliate programs and joint ventures. I have my own website (I use E-Junkie for my product delivery, their pay buttons, and use Paypal.com to accept payments).
1. E-Junkie has worked great during it's trial period. However, their affiliate program seems more for 'do it yourselfer's' who want to self-promote. I want to use services who already have tons of affiliates available to promote my product (such as Commission Junction, Paydotcom or possibly any other you can recommend that may help with SEO and affiliate marketing). I am also looking into Clickbank, but read that they have their share of problems, affiliates who sign up but aren't active, a high refund rate, not so reputable affiliates, etc.
3. I prefer to try to keep things as un-technical as possible and deal with affiliates that are reputable.
4. Based on how I am looking to promote my product (through affiliate marketing), any additional advice you have for me would be most appreciated. I thank you in advance!!

MY QUESTIONS:

- Is it possible for me to use multiple services as named above solely to utilize the affiliates they have available? Please advise on any workarounds, benefits or problems I may run into. Feel free to go into detail.

- What other similar services (Paydotcom, etc) or other affiliate services can you recommend)?
