some advice on my website

INTERNET MARKETING

hi guys,

Home claims management, no win no fee

just wondering if someone can give me some advice.

Basically i just set this website up. But cant figure out how to remove the bits between the banner and the menu. recent comments, ect. so that the banner is right on top of the menu bar and nothing inbetween

Ive done this on other website i created but just cant figure it out.

any help is greatly appreciated

Go to widgets and put just the search widget in the first widget bar or wherever that particular widget area is named. You should then just have a search bar instead of the random, unneeded stuff.

There may be another way to get rid of it all, but covering it with a search bar is what I generally do.

hi,

thanks. I just went into the widget area and it had all that extra stuff in the header widget part. so removed everything apart from the search bar, but its still displaying all the stuff on the site

  Which parts exactly do you want to remove? On the contact page and home page it looks how you explained you wanted it just not on the about page which is weird.

Need some help... just go to the widgets area and install a search widget that might help you put up a search bar for your website.

for the header issue go into your settings, uncheck show title and decription, this will get rid of the overlay issue in your header.
