To Profit From Paid Traffic

In comparison of paid and free traffics, I believe that the paid traffic will have more of advantages(since you are spending some money to get guaranteed & targeted traffic).

However, the problem is that, how to profit from it so it can cover the spending cost?

Paid Traffic has its own advantages and disadvantages. Do not be under the impression that the targeting process is foolproof if you have employed paid traffic. A substantial percentage of this paid traffic will be the "inquisitive" ones - those who simply click on your link and do not take action/forget to take action, since they have clicked on multiple options simultaneously in different tabs, and 1 of the others looks more pleasing !!

That being said, an advantage of paid traffic is that the ones who do convert, fetch you some quality sales in no time. Basically, there are the kind of people you would want to have on your list and foster a relationship with.

Also, if someone's a newbie, HIGHLY TARGETED paid traffic can really take your confidence to another level. But then again - everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

I really suppose it is just a case of testing different traffic techniques by ensuring you track your opt-in pages etc by using Analytics.

Then checking the numbers that come in against what the profits are at the end of it. If you find you are in profit then just roll it out then try to adopt another traffic technique to your arsenal to increase results.

I also agree with JK Flip Flops comments as they are very honest and to the point well done JK we can all help each other as the pie is big enough for all of us!!!

    Hi Jayne,

A simply way to profit from paid traffic is to have
a very low-cost product to sell once they reach your
    site.

That said, I always believe in capturing the optin... so
you should convert the visitor into a subscriber first
before sending them to the offer.

And you will want to make the offer as brain-dead
simple as possible... a solution that will solve their
problems but at a very low cost.

This way, it'll cover some of the ad costs.

In order to do so... you may need:
    - good copywriting
    - good knowledge of your market's needs

Once you know what your market needs, with proper
copywriting, you'll be able to tap into their psychological
wants/desires and have them cheerfully make a purchase
    with you.

Profit from the paid traffic depends on the selection of traffic. If you target really potential traffic from USA, CA, AU, etc. then you may expect money. Right selection of niche and targeted traffic can return you money with profit.

If you do not have a way of ensuring recurring traffic from your paid traffic efforts, then don't even think about it. The profits with paid traffic are made on the backend, rarely on the front-end.

Dann's right- since the real money is in the list, a lot of your sales are going to come from the backend.

That said, if you keep your budget low and pay careful attention, you may be able to get a profitable campaign up and running quickly

Yes, I agree. From my experience, depending on your traffic source it can be difficult to profit right away from paid traffic without building a list and monetizing on the backend. List building increases your odds of making a profit from paid traffic.

100% agree on that, most of the profits comes in at the backend when you promote them with your lists!

I do agree most of the profit comes in at the back end, this then involves the work of producing a good email followups to capture the leads again!

    Another idea...

Buy a website's adspace through Buysellads and promote Clickbank products at the site related with your chosen niche.

It's really simple, but it's work
