chargement settlement fees
paypal recently charged me $20 for a dispute that was settled with a purchaser for a product they bought from me. despite the buyer doing speaking to their company and withdrawing the complaint after it being settled this is what paypal said
Unfortunately, chargeback settlement fees are not refundable. There are costs associated with processing chargebacks. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express charge us for every chargeback we process, and we need to pass this fee on to sellers to cover our costs as they are not refunded to us should a dispute be won.
