Woorank tells me to get social
I have a nice blog site in a health niche and it is all high quality stuff, articles, images and so on. Very happy with it. Settled around 20 -30 for my major KWs, got 1 in the top 10 for an obscure KW.
Anyway, lately I have got the bit between my teeth and decided to try and drive it up the rankings. Got some link building going on slowly, creating more content etc..
So I did a Woorank report and it tells me pretty frankly that the number one thing stopping me from ranking the site higher is my lack of social media interaction and that I should prioritise Facebook and Twitter to improve my rank.
Is this right?
And if so, what do they mean?
I write about specific health issues. Why and what do I need FB and Twitter for? What would I say? "Hi, how's everybodies sleep apnea today?"
Anybody got any advice please as I am not a social media person, I am a health professional
Responses or links much appreciated
