Video blog monetization
Hi guys,
I am thinking of starting up a video auto-blog in my chosen niche using WP plugin to feed fresh video content from Youtube and Vimeo. What do you guys think of this idea? I am wondering if something like this can be decently monetized. These sites are about 95% video, but video is good, no? I was thinking of putting affiliate ads in the sidebar that are related to my niche..
Now, I've seen a handful of sites like this on Flippa, which makes me a bit skeptical about creating one myself, as the majority of sites on Flippa are junk and usually only making money for those who flip them as opposed to those who buy them. So.. would it be dumb to create a site in the same category of ones currently being sold on Flippa? I just need a site to practice SEO on, so I was hoping to craft something better than what is seen on Flippa. And of course, monetize it in the process.
