Aweber Question Help Needed.

I put a new email list on aweber in anticipation of promoting a new squeeze page. Basically, squeeze take you to sign up page (obviously), aweber sends out the confirmation email, and (hopefully, the person confrims). Once they confirm, they are taken to an OTO with the link to the free product (PDF download) at the bottom of the page.
If I put the link to the OTO page in my bowser and go to the OTO page and then click on the link to the free offer I come to a link to download the pdf. I click on the link and the pdf downloads with no problem (EVERYTIME).
On the other hand, if I confirm the subscription by clicking the link in the aweber email, I am taken to the OTO page and I go on through to the same download page for the free offer. HOWEVER, when I click on the download link, it never will download.
Can anyone tell me why the pdf will download if I go through my browser to get there and won't download when I go through the aweber confirmation page?
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Don't know why it should work, are you linking directly to the .pdf file or are you linking to a .zip file, and use the URL correct?

    Just some ideas that might help.

    But a direct pdf link should work, when someone clicks direct from the AWeber confirmation link.

    I have discovered thru trial and error that the failure to download only occurs when I use a PC. When I go thru the aweber confirmation page to the download link on a MAC, it downloads perfectly every time.
    Anyone have any thoughts on why this would be and what can be done to get it to work correctly on a PC?
