Does Anyone Know How To Contact Norman Freeman?

Based on several mentions here in the Warrior Forum, plus Mike Filsaime's endorsement and acknowledgment that he was using Norman Freeman's Viral Inviter, I made the purchase and then ordered his expert installation. It was only a couple of days ago, but I have had communication from them other than their automated sales system and no response to my support inquiries, emails or phone calls.

The description of how the software works looks like it would fit in perfectly with the model I want to use on my new site and I would like to get it installed and working properly.

Anyone know of a way to contact Norman other than his support ticket system?

    I was able to catch him and he made good on the situation. It took a bit, it seems he got himself swamped with a new product launch, an upgrade and a staffing problem all at once. Keep trying. I do apologize, but I promised "X" I would not pass out his contact information.

    so, it's been more than 48 hours, there's been no reply, I don't have a download link, no member's area link, no software, and it's the end of the monday business day in Germany. If anyone has a direct contact for him, I'd greatly appreciate it if you'd pm me. I'd like to resolve this positively before it is resolved negatively from my end.

    I also purchased BFM through Norman's link for his ViralInviter bonus. It's been almost a week with two e-mails and a support ticket opened and I cannot get a response.

    It would be nice if someone would share contact information.

    It's been a week now and I still have not received a response from Norman.

    I used the private contact method provided by Ken, e-mailed two different addresses and I also opened a couple of support tickets with not a single response.

    Anyone know how to get a response from this guy? - Because I sure can't.

    I'm wondering if it could be a symptom of someone who wasn't ready for massive volume?

    Everyone who is able to contact him seems to be fully satisfied at some point, and endorses the "he's a great guy" reputation, but getting to that point seems to be difficult.

    Don't know how to help you other than recommend you keep trying with the information you were given. Seems that's what those of us who were finally satisfied had to do. I think my experience lasted almost a month before I got my refund.

    Jeez, a month?

    That's not a very positive outlook.

    I certainly hope that Norman is more punctual than that. I'll continue to update this thread as this situation progresses.

    Just wanted to let everyone know that I did end up getting it worked out with Norman after about 10 days.

    While it wasn't a personal response (mass mail), the problem has been resolved.
