What's a good place to sell domain/mini-site (no content)

I have a few domains, along with a mini-site design for each, and I want to sell them. They have a lot of potential and I'm sure the right person already has products ready and waiting to be put on the sites.

I don't have the time nor desire to develop any of these, and I'm sure there is somebody out there who does. So where is a good place to sell these domains/designs?

P.S. I would prefer somewhere that I could sell them for free, thanks.
