WP Theme for Small Business

What theme do you reccommend for a local small business, whos site will just be about the services they offer, their history, some pictures, contact info etc....

This site will not be looking to rank in google or anything...just a simple small business site.

I currently have been using flexibility3 for my sites, is there a better option for what i am looking for?

    For all that, you need a good theme but your also going to need some plugins if the theme doesn't have things like contact forms and galleries built into it.

    Plugins for contact form: Custom Contact Forms or Fast Secure Contact Form
    Plugins for photo gallery: NextGEN Gallery, GRAND FlAGallery, or Fotobook (if you want to link images from a facebook to your site)

    Hope this helps. There are many other plugins out there, you just have to find which ones work best with your site and its theme.

      If i wanted to add a photo slide show at the top of my site under the navigation/before the content begins, what plug in would i use?

    I recommend purchasing artisteer. It allows you to customize your theme very easily. It works just like the Microsoft office control panel.
    It is great if you want to add your own logo/header and custom colours.

    I use it for all of my themes.

      Ok, It's super simple !
      Once you have the theme in zip format on your pc, go to your dashboard-> appearance -> Themes -> Install Themes ( at the top) -> UPLOAD
      Upload your theme and then go to Manage Themes (we're still on appearance tab) and Activate it .

      You can customize it with widgets or plugins.

      That's it !
