Open Source Squidoo or HubPages Solution

Does anyone know if there is an Open Source version of Squidoo, HubPages, or Weebly.com? I am looking for an Open Source solution that could be easily setup that allows people to setup their own pages after logging in. Even if there is no Open Source solution do you know if there is any low cost software that does what these websites do?

I know these are expensive applications, but there is MySpace clones, YouTube clones, eBay clones, etc.
