How To Add A Presell Page To My Opt-in...?

Good day everyone! I have a squeeze page I created and I have it set up though my aweber email autoresponder service. I turned off the confirmed opt in because I found I was losing around 20 to 30% of signups because of it. What I would like to do is add a presell page that I will create and add it. Do I add this to the thank you url in my autoreponder? After they enter thier name and email and hit continue that takes them to the presell page correct?
