Best Windows VPS Provider?

hi guys.

I'm looking for a Windows VPS that I can use remote desktop on, install regular windows software on etc (something compatible with Windows 7 software).

Any highly recommended providers? I normally use hostgator, but they don't have windows VPS, only dedicated. and I don't have $170 a month right now.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Try Softsyshosting you'll be happy. Google that term to get to their website. I use them for some remote management of my business and they are superb.

    I am using:

    http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-...ndows-vps.html

Its a WSO. It seems tailored to people running SEO software, so not sure if it fits your needs.

I help out with a website for a large non profit organization that uses Enterprise Managed Hosting, Availability & Recovery | Hosting.com. Everyone that I know of is happy with it.

I was impressed enough by the domain name, but I spent quite a lot of time going over their site one day and was impressed by almost everything else on it.

I wasn't thinking about virtual servers, but expect they would have them.

I'm still all in for Amazon's Cloud.

If you don't care if your solution is managed (because this isn't, in the traditional sense), this is as cheap as it gets, powerful, reliable, and infinitely scale-able.

They even have a small server free for the first year.

I have many many Linux and BSD VPS's in my sig link, but only a few windows VPS's. My advice is use the coupon code from here VPS6.NET – $4.76 OpenVZ VPS 256MB 1Gbps in Chicago(US), Los Angeles(US), Germany, Turkey » CheapVPSDeals - Cheap VPS Hosting Provider Deals And Reviews to take off 20% for life then grab a windows VPS from them. 1Gbps bandwidth speed, great support, great uptime etc... this is one of the few companies I personally rent from because i'm picky. And no this isn't an affiliate link, nothing on my site is affiliate, all clean.

The service is great, uptime 100%. I'm using them for about 9 months and there where no downtime or reboot.

I have the same question about vps - for me: I have a Mac and I hate using parallels because it really eats up a lot of the cpu so it slows everything down. I haven't even tried using an seo program that would run constantly in the background ... forget it!

There is already a lot of information to look into here - Thanks!!

Any extra suggestions if I really just want to have a (high performing) windows desktop mostly for running seo programs .... mostly.

And of course, I would like to stay away from anything OVER priced, but still have quality!!

This is better than having an emulator/virtual machine - I just open it in another internet window.

      Thanks again,

      Have a great day!

Blackboxrdp is the one for me, every single time.

However, someone mentioned parallels. Maybe try vmware fusion? It's pretty awesome for me. I run Windows and Linux virtual machines from there. Handy when I need to do other things.
