    YES! I have not used any tools for pinterest. I've just been building up my followers pining more things and it's starting to make a difference.

    Pinterest is relatively new but it is extremely popular nowadays in a relatively short time. I am not a Pinterest expert by no means but I do have an account and I do use the site.

    I would buy a cheap wso on Pinterest if I was you.

    You may learn some valuable tricks that can benefit you and your business if you have one for a few bucks.

    Pinterest is great way for generating traffic, but make sure you have a viral image (something that will really capture someones attention) Also make it take up alot of real estate, so make the image around 600 x 3000 pixels. Maybe create an infograph that's informative but also entertaining etc.

    Yes. I've heard a lot about Pinterest and honestly, out of approximately 15 articles I've come across, I haven't read anything negative [yet]. Probably it's also because of Pinterest's promotions but nonetheless, it still works pretty well.

      Basically, it's a giant pinboard - or rather, a set of pinboards as each member can make as many (I think) boards as he wants and "pin" pictures in them.

      Imagine Twitter, but instead of being text-based, a Twitter that would be image-based, so much more visual. With a dose of Facebook mixed in (Twitter because of the following / followers part and also the possibility to get re-pinned, just like a re-tweet, and something of Facebook because of the commenting capabilities). On top of that, each picture contains a link to where it was originally found. So if you pin something from your website for example, and it gets re-pinned, the link comes with each re-pin...

      You need an invitation to get in. You can get one from their home page, some people get theirs in a matter of days (I did), others wait for ever. Or you can ask an existing member to issue an invitation.

    I may say that Pintereset is a powerful traffic generator nowadays. Its new but it will definitely give you a good result. Infact, I tried to post one of simple infographic and the result, it doubled the traffic.

    I think Pinterest could be a great source of traffic butnot for everybody.

    1) The bigger part of its users are women so it depends on what you are targetting.
    2) The old users have quite an advantage. They get followeres more easily and they have a bigger exposureof their pins because of the next point.
    3) Currently, only the first of your pins for a day (or some period) has any chances to get some exposure. The rest of them are seen only by your followers. If you are a new user chances are you do not have a huge following.

    Pinterest is generating so much attention right now but I personally have not tried using their service so I can't comment fully yet. But from what I see its one of the hottest trend around now. Its free to try, so why not?

    Yes, Pinterest is the new traffic generator. Very easy for everything you are promoting.
    But until now I got my best promoting products for women and girls.
    More time you give to Pinterest, to repin other people pins, to add new pins from your websites and so on, and al starts to create traffic.

    It's an interesting resource, without doubt!

    I agree with nichebee's comments posted above.

    Whatever image or pic you use and "pin",...must absolutely be Compelling and engaging.

    Pinterest is All about images and "pinning" "interesting" images!

    One of the seemingly hottest and most "pinned" images on Pinterest are these "infographics",.....which are these humongous images filled with an amazing amount and flurry of facts and figures and interesting things...... I'm sure you've seen these things!

    So,....if you can strategically incorporate these compelling infographics, etc. into your sites, blogs, etc,....have at it, and suck in all the exponential traffic you can.

    I just recently learned of this strategy in one of my personal coaching sessions,...and am doing a complete overhaul of my marketing strategies, sites, and blog because of it.
