Shopping cart options / integration?

Here is what I desire:
A shopping cart that I can integrate into an HTML website that allows for daily inventory levels AND does not require the user to leave the site.

Is this possible without creating a complete ecommerce engine?

Current issues with:
Paypal - does not allow for daily inventory and requires user to leave site to their page
E-Junkie - also requires user to exit site during checkout
Google Checkout - requires user to have a Gmail account

Anyone have any thoughts?

    Without developing your own gateway this isn't possible. They are going to have to temporarily leave your site to go through a payment gateway.
