I have a site that lists bars and restaurants in Houston, TX. I'm looking for the best way to get a list of emails for all the bars and restaurants in Houston. Is there a good website that has lists for sale(or free), an easy way of getting them myself or is the best way to hire another warrior to get the list for me?

Well, I think you can gather such details from YellowPages of US, However, I think it requires more time and more analytical sense. If you have no time to do so, You can hire people from freelancing site at low-cost to collect emails for you, you can try with freelancer.com, elance.com, odesk.com and etc.

  In a past life I used to use a software tool that would look up the Whois for the respective domains and use that for automatically contacting the owner.
