Android Apps for internet marketing

Hi all,

With the boom of tablet PC's I have been wondering how many internet marketers use them to conduct their everyday business.

I am a developer, and have been considering for a while releasing some android apps to enable owners to fully utilise their tablets to simplify and automate processes whilst on the move, or from the comfort of the sofa.

So my question to my fellow warriors;
Do you own an Android tablet and would you be interested in apps to assist you with your daily business?

    I used to have plan to have my own iPhone Apps. However, it is quite difficult to make our App outstanding since there are ton of million apps so far.

      I wasn't really thinking about iPhone apps, or apps for any phone really.

      I am more interested in people's thoughts on tablet apps. I use my tablet quite a lot for convenience, but when it comes to updating several sites at a time for example, I have to utilise the software I have developed on my PC.

      I am now thinking of porting these tools to android so I can do it on my tablet anywhere.

    There are many android apps available from the market on the tablet they are just increased in size for the tablet size screen. Which apps are you referring to?

      I know there are a lot of tablet apps on Google play, but there are not too many IM apps.


      Apps that can

      - update multiple sites at once
      - automatically build web 2.0 links
      - etc, etc

      These are just quick examples, but hopefully you know what I mean.
      Tools that help IMers in their everyday business of... er... making money.

    It really depends what you could offer. I own an I-phone but didn't really find anything usefull for IM.

      I know what you mean, the app market is crowded.
      Thats one of the reasons for this poll, to see how fellow warriors feel.

        Haha,I bought a google android tablet last week at ESPOW site-Ainol Novo7 Elf Tablet PC - Android 4.0.1, 7" Multi-touch Screen, 8GB/16GB, WiFi, 1080P (1920*1080), Max 2160P, HDMI.I use it to paly Angry Bird,it's nice and cool!

    That is great, i believe all marketer wish to operate their IM tasks no matter where they go but less app that is automate and that why they need lot of work and they prefer to bring laptop around more than with tablet.

    I generally have access to a desktop computer, so I don't really use anything else to do work from. My phone is strictly reserved for Angry Birds and Fruit Ninja

    I do see how others who are more on-the-move would benefit from an app that helped them manage their websites etc. Not too many people have answered the question directly though.
