2 Top Wordpress Plugins that you guys may find very useful

Hello everyone and I hope all is well.

I just wanted to share 2 Wordpress plugins that I have recently installed and have been very pleased with their simplicity and reliability.

Now I am sorry if this seems like old news for some of the more experienced Warriors but I felt not everyone may know of these plugins so I wanted to share them just incase.

1. Back Up WordPress - This is a free plugin that automatically backsup everything on your Wordpress site once a day. Just install it and it is ready to go and you can then download the latest backups at any time you like.

2. Sociable - Again this is FREE and it is so easy to use you just literally install it and away you go. Visitors to your site can then instantly share your blog, site etc with their friends, rellies, business associates etc by sharing on Facebook, Twitter, Social Bookmarking sites and so on.

The sociable plugin was recommended to me by our fellow "Warriors" so thanks to everyone who pointed me in the right direction on that.

Again hope this helps anyone and all the best!

I've used Sociable and its probably the best social plugin available currently. I have a paid WP backup solution so I've never tried Back Up Wordpress. If it's free and works as well as you're saying then EVERYONE should get it. Now.

Too many people don't worry about backing up their site even after they have put hours of work into it. You should be backing up regularly, you never know what might happen.

Thanks for sharing. I better check them up.

I was considering BackupBuddy but it is quite pricey.

This recommendation came at the right time for me. EZPZ One Click Back-up used to be perfect but now it's messing up my sites and i had to remove it. Seems it's not available any more either. IDrive you have to pay, they give you some server space free but not much. WP DB Manager is tricky as you have to go into FTP and start messing with your htaccess files and you can mess everything up if you're not careful. And finally WP DB back-up doesn't back up all of your database and files. Looks like your recommendaton of backupwordpress is a winner, thanks so much for solving my back-up problems gcbmark20!
