Hi

Whats good to promote on fiver and value for the $5?

I know its not a lot of money but your still wanting to give the potential customers something they want for $5 right?

    No one would share it and create a competitor for himself or herself on Fiverr.. LoL..

    Just sort the gigs on homepage of Fiverr by rating and see which gigs have huge demand and create something around that.. the most popular gigs are related to backlinks & facebook fans.

      yes very true. was just thinking of ideas but i guess it can be anything really.

      Are the popular gigs not based on how many reviews you've had and orders?

        Yep they are based on that but it also shows that the related gigs have huge demand and huge demand means more chances of getting orders, that's why those gigs are getting lots of orders. and if you will provide good service, obviously you will get good reviews as well..

        And one more thing most of the popular gigs take more time to get completed due to lots of orders if you will deliever same task in less time you can start getting orders very soon...

    I´d only use fiver to build my budget so I can invest into better stuff.

    Think about something that is equitable for $5.

    What are you good at?

    And is there a market need that you could fill?

    Obviously, one of the most common things would be to offer one article or post for $5.

    You could also consider making funny videos that people like, etc.

    However, you certainly don´t want to aim to create a full time income on fiver.

    Well, it depends on your expertise, although here is the best way to make money at Fiverr.

    Use your initial product as a "lead generator" to find people who'd be possibly interested in your other products/services.

    So whatever you sell them make sure you upsell something else to them.

    My favourite is offering 25-45min Skype consultations related to business/marketing. Then I let them know about more expensive consultation which goes into more detail.

    If you know SEO, or maybe if you can cold call etc. those things seem to go pretty quickly as there a lot of people looking for cheap labour.

      This is great advice. I think a lot of people undersell themselves. If you aren't going to upsell your clients then it isn't worth the time.

    If you can do something unique that is completely off the wall, people. eat. that. up!

    Make sure you record a video message to post as an intro on your gig - the gigs with videos get higher conversion rates.

    if you find something cheap from china , they usually sell on $5 well , or try a service such as you will do a voice over for a video or talk to someone for a hour (as a friend) , the more wacky the better , think outside the box and dont follow what everyone else is selling on it.
