Hi Warriors, I happened to pick up a 9 yeard old domain name, I set up a blog and posted 10 articles , within an hour google showed 36 indexed pages. Come today , its showing only 1 page indexed. Why is this happening ? Is it google dance? On another note whats the best ways to monetize a 9 yr old domain name that too in the weight loss niche. cheers Melvin |

Maybe it's a banned domain? I know that was an easy way to tell if you were banned in Yahoo, when it only showed one page, the index page.

Maybe the old domain had a web site once with 36 indexed pages but Google never de-indexed them. You come along and write a blog with 10 articles - Google sees new content, reappraises the domain and discovers the pages it had indexed no longer exist. Just a thought. |

You might not like what I say - but I believe it. Build it, make money, then build some more Some old school smarts would help - and here's to Rob Toth for his help. Bloody good stuff, even the freebies! | |
