When does Amazon ship the ordered items?

When I opened my Amazon account 3 days ago, I saw:
ordered item: 1
Conversion rate:1.30
I thougt I made my first sale and was very happy.
3 days passed after this but it still seems
ordered item:1
items shipped:0
Total earnings:$0.00
Is there a problem with this?

    It has taken up to 4 days for some orders on my account.. I'd give it another day then call. There are also forums on the backend of the amazon affiliate program where you should be able to get some help.

    What type of product was it? Certain products especially larger products can sometimes take weeks before they are shipped. Also its a possibility that the order was cancelled.

      Relax. It ships when it ships.

      Amazon has a complicated order amalgamation system designed to save them shipping costs. Super Saver Shipping and Amazon Prime are "free" to you but not to Amazon. The ordered item may actually go to another warehouse before being shipped.

      I sell on Amazon and I have had orders in pending status for several weeks at times.

        I think this answers clearly the question. I too have 2 of my first 3 orders still pending to be shipped. And it is already near four weeks now.

    Sometimes there is a delay. Depends if it is backordered also. Relax, it will get done.

    If you click the product name in the orders report you can see how many days it usually takes to ship.

    Payments can take up to two months because you are paid at the end of the next month for the previous month's sales.

    Make sure you aren't doing any direct PPC linking as that is no longer allowed. You must also put the amazon disclaimer at the bottom of your website to say you are an associate otherwise you might not get paid. If they close your account they will not pay the outstanding balance.

    Guys Amazon not only sells items itself but it also allows other product sellers to sell items via them. So far as I know whenever Amazon itself sells items it ships within a week or earlier. If the seller is third person then its on them when they'll deliver product.

      Also if someone cancels the order, it just sits in your orders but never ships. I had a $2000 product someone ordered and you can bet I was waiting on that commission but it remained in my orders but never shipped. I emailed and found out it was canceled.

    I have a few products that were ordered 6 months ago and still have not shipped. I just figured the order was canceled for some reason.
